Description

The IDEAL 7260 is a powerful, professional stack cutter for demanding cutting processes in print finishing. With an impressive cutting length of 720 mm and a cutting height of 80 mm, it is ideal for large-format print products in DIN A2 format and larger. Its robust construction, extensive safety features, and intelligent control make it the perfect choice for professional users.

The patented EASY-CUT system enables safe, ergonomic two-hand cutting activation. The electromechanical blade drive is supplemented by a powerful hydraulic press, whose pressure can be adjusted steplessly between 250 and 2000 daN – with visual display. A foot pedal supports pre-pressing or serves as a cutting indicator. The safety light barrier reliably protects the entire work area.

The electrically controlled stop is controlled via a 7" touchpad with multilingual user guidance and digital dimension display. Up to 99 programs with 99 steps each can be saved, including chain dimension function, direct input, EJECT command and automatic set function for reference dimensions. Fine adjustment is done via an electronic handwheel with progressive control in 1/10 mm steps.

An optical LED cutting indicator and three-stage LED lighting on the front table ensure precise cutting position. The blade is changed tool-free and safely via the integrated blade changing device with a covered blade edge. The standard air table on the front and back significantly facilitates handling heavy stacks of paper. The equipment is complemented by a practical tool holder on the back table and optional additional work tables.

Made of high-quality metal in Germany, the IDEAL 7260 stands for exceptional quality, repairability and sustainable construction – ideal for professional, continuous use in downstream processing.
