Returns & complaints

The most important information at a glance:

  • Returning items: You can return your goods within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. The goods must be complete and undamaged.
  • Goods damaged during transport: Please report the damage immediately, but no later than two weeks after receipt of the delivery. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
  • Warranty / Guarantee: All information can be found here .

Shipping costs (Germany only)

A shipping fee of €5.95 will be charged to the customer. The shipping costs will be displayed to the customer before placing their order. Shipping is free for orders over €50.00. All prices include 19% VAT. Shipping is via GLS parcel service.
