Description

The IDEAL 5260 is a fully equipped, high-performance stack cutter for professional cutting processes in the office, in-house printing or in post-processing. With a cutting length of 520 mm and a cutting height of 80 mm, the device is ideal for DIN A3+ formats and high cutting volumes. The focus is on user-friendliness, safety and exact reproducibility – in a professional stack cutter "Made in Germany".

The patented EASY-CUT system ensures safe and ergonomic operation with two pressure points. The automatic pressing reliably secures the paper, while the knife and pressure bar operate electromechanically and automatically retract after each cut. An integrated IR light barrier on the front table not only increases safety, but also enables uninterrupted operation.

Control is via a multilingual touchpad. The backstop can be precisely controlled via a digital display (in cm or inches). 99 programs with 99 steps each – including chain dimensions and EJECT function – can be saved. An automatic reference set function, pre-programmed DIN formats and an integrated calculator support an efficient workflow. The backstop can be manually fine-tuned in 1/10 mm steps via the electronic handwheel.

The optical cutting indicator with LEDs and the three-stage front table lighting ensure maximum precision. The blade change is carried out comfortably and safely via a device with a covered cutting edge - without opening the housing. The stable all-metal construction, the solid steel blade carrier and adjustable guides guarantee longevity, sustainability and excellent repairability.
