Description

The IDEAL 4850 is a high-quality, electric stack cutter with automatic clamping for professional applications up to DIN A3+. With a cutting length of 475 mm and an impressive cutting height of up to 80 mm, it processes even large stacks of paper effortlessly and precisely. The model combines efficiency, safety, and durability – ideal for printing companies, agencies, copy shops, and businesses with regular cutting needs.

The patented EASY-CUT controls enable ergonomic, safe two-handed cutting activation with two pressure points. Thanks to the automatic pressing, the paper is reliably fixed – regardless of material or stack height.

The comprehensive SCS – Safety Cutting System ensures maximum safety: an electronically monitored, swivelling safety device on the front table, the transparent rear table cover, the main switch, a 24-volt control system and the automatic return of the blade and pressure bar complete the safety concept.

The backstop is precisely positioned via a hand crank and a precision spindle, supported by a digital measurement display directly on the front table, which can be switched to cm or inch. The optical cut indicator with bright LEDs shows the planned cut line exactly – for reliable results.

The blade can be conveniently changed from the front via a special device with a covered cutting edge. The cutting strip can be changed from the side without having to reach into the cutting area.

The robust all-metal construction, the standard base with paper storage shelf, and the practical tool holder make the IDEAL 4850 a particularly durable, easy-to-maintain, and sustainable work tool – Made in Germany.
